This Privacy Policy does not apply to the Logspot services (“Service”) which are provided to you via our Logspot applications. Pages of our the Website [and our e-mails] may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or [opened an email] and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
We do not collect personal information automatically, but we may tie this information to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or that you provide to us.
We may also use these technologies to collect information about your activities over time and across third-party websites, Services, or other online services (behavioral tracking). - Promotional Offers from the Company. We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. Lawful Basis
Where we process personal information as a data processor or service provider for our customers, our lawful basis is to fulfill our contractual obligations with our customer. Where we process personal information as a data controller, our lawful basis is with your consent. For example, we rely on consent in order to utilize non-essential cookies.
We may also process personal information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, or as necessary for our own or for third party’s legitimate interest (unless those interests are overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms).

We cannot respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. If we cannot verify your identity or authority, we will not fulfill your request. We will only use personal data provided in the request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make it.

You must instruct that agent that they will need to state that they are acting on your behalf when making the request, have reasonably necessary documentation, and be prepared to provide the necessary personal information to identify you in our database.
We will acknowledge receipt of your request. We will provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days or inform you of the reason and extension period (up to a total of 90 days) in writing.
Selling or Sharing Personal Information
We do not sell personal information to third parties. However, some jurisdictions may interpret sharing information through automatic tracking technologies with certain third parties as a sale of information or sharing for targeted advertising purposes (e.g., Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or similar providers). California Shine the Light Disclosure
